I had been talking with 3 other dealerships via e-mail and Chris was the only one that was putting in the effort with timely responses. He was going the extra mile to find exactly what I wanted. That in its self gave me the feeling that I mattered to your business. Upon arrival at your dealership I worked with Chris and found out he is a combat vet also, this caused an immediate bond of trust. I know he is new to the sales position but I felt comfortable and trusted him. All too often I would get that uncomfortable feeling when working with a slick salesman in the past. As we narrowed down the selection I was pushed off to a more senior salesman, I forget his name, nice fellow though. He worked hard to get me in a car last night which wasn’t my intention but the deal went through to my satisfaction. I sure wish I had the chance to meet Benny Boyd. From what I saw last night he is a man of honor and respect which is shown in the employees he has working for him. This is just the start of our business relationship and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I found a Challenger Hellcat on line at Benny Boyd equipped as I wanted. I called the dealer and gave them a down payment to hold the car. Since I lived out of state I flew in and the picked me up at the airport. Benny Boyd does not "mark up" their vehicles like so many other dealers do for this vehicle. Staff was friendly, and Brian my sales person answered all questions and sent me pictures snd everything I asked and the car was ready and the process of closing went very fast and smooth. Highly recommend this dealer.
I originally came in to test drive a pre owned camaro but found it wasn't for me. Joey was very thorough in finding out my likes and dislikes and called me two days later to ask permission to send me pictures of a Challenger. I agreed and made an apointment to test drive what he sent me and loved it. Unfortunately, Joey was with another guest when it came time to buy so he asked Chase to finish with us. Both gentlemen were fantastic and thorough. Sean with financial was also great with getting us the best deal.

My husband and I have purchased our last four vehicles here. We have never had a bad experience, the service is as wonderful as the vehicles. 4 months ago we purchased a tricked out Jeep, one of those he-man over the top OMG wham Jeeps. A couple days ago we were hit by a drunk driver in Michigan. While our Jeep did have damage, the guy that hit us was going in excess of 85 mph, the vehicle kept us safe. They didn't use cheap substandard eye appeal junk for the tricking out, it was Excellent quality or we would be in serious condition right now. The guy that hit us, his vehicle must have thought it plowed into a tank because it was totaled. Mikes new nic name for his jeep is "Tank Girl". Quality vehicles like this is what keeps us as loyal customers.

Needed to trade my half ton for a new Cummins. Checked their website and found a truck they were doing an end of the year special on. Being jaded from other dealers, I half expected it to be sold or a bait-and-switch. When I called they told me they still had the truck and could run my credit over the phone to save time. They called back a few minutes later to tell me I was approved and confirmed the apr. When I got there, the truck was already pulled up front and washed. I went in and all the numbers were what they should have been. No $500 VIN etching or $1000 sealant scams that other dealers run. Not even 30 minutes later I was on my way. I plan on keeping this truck for a very long time, but if I need another one in the future for whatever reason, it will be from Benny again.

I had a very good experience both with the selection of the vehicle and the financing. One of the things that impressed me the most was the willingness of the dealership to let me drive the truck for a couple of days. Steve did not even bat a eye when I asked him if this was possible. I have been to other dealerships where they would not even let me drive the used car out of the parking lot until I could drive it much less let me drive it for a couple of days to make sure it fit me. I really appreciated that. Every one was friendly and made sure I had what I needed. Steve was never pushy or harassing. I would definitely recommend Benny Boyd to my coworkers and friends.

I'm going to write a novel here....one or two comments won't cover my experience with "Benny Boyd Y'All". I initiated contact via phone with Eric, a very responsive sales rep at B.B. Lampasas. Since I live in the Austin area I wasn't interested in making the drive and since I had 2 cars to trade, 2010 Ram 3500 and a 2007 Porsche C4S, I didn't have the bodies either. Eric suggested I send him photos of my rig and car and after a few specifics he provided me with some valuations...WITHOUT knowing what I wanted to buy. This is huge for me as ALL the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past won't do this until you identifying the car you want first because this will effect the trade in allowance. His deal was fair but not quite what I wanted as my vehicles were very well maintained and I felt I could get more. I told Eric which truck I wanted to which he said they didn't have any longer as it had just sold a few days before. ( I had my 11 year old son looking as he had more time on his hands and likes farting around on his iPad anyway) We , or should I say, he found another one closer to Austin and we called on it as well. South Point said they had what I was looking for and would review my trades as well prior to arriving but insisted on knowing what I was shopping for prior to agreeing to value my trades. I drove to the dealer only to find out; the truck wasn't what I had specified and the trades had not been valued.... My time is very valuable to me and even more so on the weekends with my family...Almost 2 hours and 1 bag of popcorn later they low balled me on my truck ($4,000.00 less than BB) and my Porsche ($8,000.00 less than BB). Out of spite I showed them the offer from Benny Boyd Lampasas and gathered my keys and left. Half way to my house they called and said they would do it but only if I came back immediately to "Do the deal". I'm not a child buying a $65,000.00 toy and this should be obvious due to the $78,000.00 worth of trade in's. They called back and began making offers that were better than BB but due to their tactics had pretty much lost my business. On Monday, out of respect, I called Eric at BB and told him the current prices on my trades as this was the same thing I had done at South Point. He asked if he could call me back as he needed the approval of his sales manager. In the mean time I had received 2 calls from South Point and had to answer the same questions I was asked in our initial phone call all the while the trade offers went up because "they had found a buyer for my Porsche". Eric called back and informed me that he would meet and beat the other deal because the wanted to retain my business (I had bought my last truck from BB as well) BUT the truck I wanted (from Houston) had sold as well but he found another in Corpus Christi so they would have to arrange a trade and send a driver to retrieve it....THE TRUCK I WANTED. Above and beyond...that's what got me! His driver picked up my new truck drove it back to the dealership cleaned it and CAME TO MY HOUSE just over an hours drive from Lampasas. The driver had all my paperwork in hand and delivered my truck to me at home!!! We sat at my dinner table and signed all the necessary papers. Then he, along with his copilot, took my car and truck and drove away. I NEVER SET FOOT IN THE DEALERSHIP!!!! I spared an additional dealer the embarrassment of pointing out in this review I didn't buy from them, not because of the interaction with their sales staff but I just couldn't stand the thought of driving a FORD!!! LOL REMEMBER, "BENNY BOYD Y'ALL"....

Excellent.Seven years ago I bought a used 06 Magnum at the Marble Falls location. I have been studying internet sites for quite some time finding descriptions often differ on the same vehicle. I contacted Steve Ross by phone set up an appointment and we made a deal. Steve did his job well, answered all my questions explained things so I understood. Steve showed me several pickups I expressed interest in. I selected one with options I liked and took a test drive. Then we started the part most buyers hate, negations. The value placed on the 06 Magnum was nearly a deal breaker, I'm yet not totally happy about it however we did manage to settle on a sum I can live with. Steve spent several minutes with me explaining features unknown to me, and I really appreciate that.Overall I was impressed with every one involved and the dealership in general. I will gladly recommend Steve Ross to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

I found what I wanted in a vehicle on the Ram website and searched 6 dealers near central Texas, all replied via automated emails. After several internet queries about several vehicles, Shawn B. personally replied to me about several units. He then Asked Chase Eckert to assist me. Chase and I found the exact truck I wanted in one of your other locations and at a fantastic price. I asked if they could get this truck to the Lampassas location by a specific date as I had a short time frame- literally within 2 days. Chase and Shawn got the truck earlier than expected and notified me. I made the trip to to the dealership, the truck was there and ready to go. In less than one hour I was out of the door with exactly what I wanted in a new truck.

I called Steve early in the week and told him that I was going to be driving through town on that Friday. I gave him the info on a truck that I was interested in, which was not on the lot, but he assured me that he could get the truck brought in. I arrived Friday afternoon, and my trade-in was evaluated quickly. Steve sent me trade-in information via a text message later that afternoon. Steve got the new truck in over the weekend, and I returned on Monday to complete the paperwork. OMG, this was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made!! I bought this vehicle without even seeing it and it is perfect. I traded in my vehicle and felt I got a good trade-in as well as a good deal on my purchase. The reason I'm not filling in appeal of the company, I have never been there so I can't rate that. I heard about you from a friend so I couldn't fill that portion in. Those are the reasons for the blanks.
Steve was wonderful. I wanted a salesperson that was going to be patient, factual, knowledgable, punctual, and someone that was going to keep their word. I had to drive 5 hours to find him, but it was well worth it! Steve always kept his word, when he said he was going to call back in ten minutes, he actually called back in ten minutes! A dealerships job is to get the most money out of you. Our job as a consumer is to pay the least amount of money to the dealership. With that being said I felt like Josh our salesman really listened to what we wanted. We were upgrading our vehicle and felt they gave us a fair amount on our trade. Danny really tried to do all he could to get us where our payments needed to be. We walked out of their satisfied with our vehicle and even the financing.

It was good as I came in for a price qoute to see if Benny Boyd could beat another qoute I was given. I have bought numerous new cars in the past 5 years and Benny Boyd has Never gone out of there way to meet my needs. I have even been told if I can get it lower, buy it from them. I have most of my vehicles done by the service dept and always told them the same thing. This was not one of them Joe actually took the time to ask Dennis and try to locate a car they didn't even know was out yet. They worked hard at getting a lower price and even to bring from another location.

We had a great experience shopping for a new car at Benny Boyd's. Our salesman, Mike Ramsey, was always quick to help with any questions. He went above and beyond to help me find a particular style and color vehicle. The whole process took less than a week. When we picked up our vehicle and drove off, it had a flat tire about 5 miles out of town. It was after 7 pm on a Friday night, and I called Mike and he came within 30 min with a tow truck and a loaner car for me to use. He even offered to bring me my new car once they replaced the tire. Now that is superb service, good ol' country living service - you wont' get anywhere else! I will recommend buying from here and from Mike to all my friends and relatives!

Well Dianna Nixon has been awesome throughout the they 3 cars bought. But the reason on the 4 star is the website list a car for a price and they couldn't sell it for that price but they came close. The time it took them to get the paperwork to Dianna to get it to me was way to long. And we'll they don't offer enough for trade in even when the vehicle was bought from them. If it wasn't for Dianna Nixon I wouldn't be buying from Benny Boyd. They no different from any other dealership.
